Client Satisfaction Survey 2011
A client satisfaction survey is something we advise all of our clients to utilise when marketing their businesses. It can help them gauge where within their business they can strengthen, where they are doing really well and can often offer insights they simply wouldn’t have thought of.
With this in mind it would be simply foolish of us not to do what we advise our clients to do. Sure enough we got back some incredible feedback including a lot of really lovely testimonials and some great figures. 65% of our clients were very impressed with the work we produced and a further 26% impressed and 95.7% said they would use us again.
