Online Travel Training (OTT) is the world’s leading provider of travel and tourism eLearning. The website currently has over 60,000 members and hosts over 120 different online training courses for some of the biggest names in the travel industry including Thomas Cook, Virgin Airways, Avis, Star Alliance and Disney to name but a few.
Although a market leader, the company had never successfully established a strong brand image and when the decision was made to re-develop the website and client courses it only made sense that the brand itself should be improved at the same time. Working closely with our technology partners Webinfinity, we delivered the project from start to finish with Latitude taking control of the offline re-brand, exhibition materials and website design and Webinfinity developing the intricate data management platform behind the website and client training courses.
